【Important notice】 United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences Kagoshima University cancels the Degree Conferment Ceremony 2020 March

 Based on the current status of the Coronavirus disease in Japan with no patient has been observed in Kagoshima, Kagoshima University will be having the Graduation and the Degree Conferment Ceremonies (25th March, 2020); however, due to the social situation including the infection control and the patient's distribution, they will make final decision at middle of March.

 Meanwhile, regarding the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences Kagoshima University (UGSAS-KU), unfortunately, we had made difficult decisions to cancel our upcoming Degree Conferment Ceremony on 16th March, 2020 as awardee students will be coming from the various places of Japan. Furthermore, in the case of infection for these awardee students from foreign countries, they will be a difficult situation and cannot come back home after the Degree Conferment.

 For anybody who will look forward to participating in the ceremony, this is an unfortunate decision but we would appreciate your understanding.
